Why should I signup on Zingrev?

Registering on Zingrev allows you to search for chargers as an EV Driver or provide EV Charging services to EV Drivers to generate a new source of income.

Is there a registration fee for using Zingrev?

No; we do not ask our users to pay a registration or subscription fee to use Zingrev.

What are the languages Zingrev is available in?

Currently Zingrev is available in two languages:

  1. Polish
  2. English

We are working to make Zingrev available in other languages.

How do I create a new account on Zingrev?

Download the Zingrev mobile app from Play store for Android or App store for iOS (Apple)

Step 1: Open the app, enter your phone number, and log in with the OTP (no password needed). 

Step 2: On first sign-up, add your name, email, and click your photo within app for profile picture — your phone number fills in automatically. 

Note: To start or accept bookings, complete profile verification with a valid government ID.

What information do I need to sign up?

To sign up for the Zingrev mobile app, you need to provide a valid phone number, full name, valid email address, and the ability to upload your profile picture within the app.

Can I signup using my social media or Google account?

Currently, the Zingrev mobile app does not support sign-up via social media or Google accounts. This feature may be added in the future.

What should I do if I can't complete the sign-up process?

For any issues during the sign-up process send an email to support@zingrev.com. Include your registered phone number and full name in the email.

I didn't receive my OTP, what should I do?

If you haven’t received the OTP during sign-up or login, follow these steps:

  1. Check the country you have selected.
  2. Check the phone number you have entered.
  3. Check OTP in your SMS inbox including spam folder.
  4. Check your mobile or SMS service is active.

If none of this works send an email to  support@zingrev.com. Include your registered phone number and full name in the email.

How do I login to my account?

  1. Open the Zingrev mobile app
  2. Tap on Get Started
  3. Select the Country for your mobile number
  4. Enter mobile number
  5. Tap Login/Sign Up
  6. Enter the OTP received via SMS on Verify Phone Number page
  7. Tap Verify.

Can I change my password in the app?

The Zingrev mobile app uses OTP-based login, so there's no need to remember or reset a password. 

What should I do if my login isn’t working?

If you're unable to login, follow below steps:

  1. Update phone Operating System – Update you mobile phone to the latest version of Android or iOS.
  2. Restart your phone – Restarting your can help resolve temporary issues.
  3. Internet connection – Check your device is connected to the internet.
  4. OTP not received – Check that your mobile or SMS service is active.
  5. OTP fails – Wait for 30 second and request a new OTP (Avoid repeated attempts, as this may temporarily lock your account)

If none of this works send an email to  support@zingrev.com. Include your registered phone number and full name in the email.

I forgot my password, how can I reset it?

Zingrev does not store any password; enter your phone number and request OTP to login.
