How do I register and verify the account as an EV Driver?

There is a 3-step onboarding for an EV Driver. Once you have downloaded the App, follow these steps.


Step 1: Register using your phone number and secured OTP sent on it

Step 2: Select you profile as an EV Driver. This allows you to avail charging services.

Step 3: Use the verification option, upload the required documents, take a selfie as directed and within a minute your verification will be done. You can now avail of the charging services.


How do I add another vehicle or edit my vehicle details on the App?

After successfully registering as an EV driver in the App, login using your registered phone number -> Go to “Account Tab” -> select “Manage Vehicles” to add or delete the vehicle(s). Basis option chosen; you may have to upload supporting documents for your vehicle(s).

What are the payment options available for an EV Driver?

Current payment option available for an EV Driver are:

  1. Cards (Credit or Debit cards)
  2. Bank Payment (Using Bank credentials)
How do I raise a billing or cancellation dispute?

In App, click on “Account” Tab -> Under Account click on Help & Support -> Click one of the 2 support options:

  1. Email support -available 24/7
  2. Chat support – available 24/7

Why am I not seeing any charging stations when I search a certain location?

There could be multiple possibilities.

  1. No charging stations installed in the area
  2. For trip planning, try extending your search by a few kms or check the next best location

How do I book a charging station?

Once you are a registered and verified user, follow these steps to book the charger:

 

Step 1: Click on ‘Account’ and make sure your profile is set to EV Driver on top of the page.

 

Step 2: Click on ‘Maps’, Search for the location where you wish to book the charging station.

 

Step 3: Once you see the charger in the list or map/click on the charger & select the starting and ending slot.

Note: Each slot is 30 mins & a charging station can be booked for minimum 30 mins and maximum based on the EV capacity & charging station availability.


Step 4: Proceed to payment

Current payment options are:

  1. Cards (Credit or Debit cards)
  2. Bank Payment (Using Bank credentials)

Step 5: Once the booking is done, the booking will show under “My Reservations”.

Note: Now you can chat/call the Charger provider for any questions about location and charging station. Chat is available from booking confirmation till after 24hrs of completing charging session & call feature is activated 30 mins prior to the charging session slot.

How early can I book a charging station?

You can book a charging station as early as you would like to basis, availability of the charging station set by the Charger Provider.

Is there an option to book multiple charging sessions simultaneously?

Yes, you can book multiple charging sessions as long as they don't overlap with the same charging station.

For example, if a charger ABC at location XYZ has two plugs for charging, and you are traveling in an entourage of two cars, you can book one plug for each car from the same account, provided you have both vehicles registered under one customer account.

How do I cancel a charging station booking?

Follow these steps to cancel your booking

 

Step 1: Browse to your Account Tab and select “My Reservations” Tab

 

Step 2: Under Open bookings, select the booking that you wish to cancel & cancel the booking. 


Note: Bookings can be cancelled anytime before 2 hours of scheduled charging session start time.

From 2 hours to 30 mins before the charging session starts, certain charges may apply.

What if I booked a charging station in error?

To cancel the booking follow these steps:

 

Step 1: Browse to your Account Tab and select “My Reservations” Tab

 

Step 2: Under Open bookings, select the booking that you wish to cancel & cancel the booking by clicking cancel reservations. 


Note: Bookings can be cancelled 2 hours to 30 mins before the charging session starts. Once a booking is cancelled, the request for refund is automatically generated & initiated. For more details please refer to the Refunds & Cancellations Policy

I cancelled a charging station booking, so when will I get my refund?

Once a booking is cancelled, the request for refund is automatically generated & initiated. Refund processing times depend on banks and payment networks but typically range from 5–10 business days. For more details, refer to the Refunds & Cancellations Policy.
