How do I reach Zingrev customer care or support team?

In App, click on “Account” Tab -> Under Account click on Help & Support -> Click one of the 2 support options:

  1. Email support -available 24/7
  2. Chat support – available 24/7

How do I report safety and security issues?

In case of any emergency, we would suggest the user to reach out to the local authorities first as they are quick responders.

You may also use the ‘SOS’ button option to make a call out to our partners for providing immediate response for physical security. 

Please also refer to the Community Standards & Enforcement Policy to understand our zero tolerance approach to abuse or harassment.

What are the languages Zingrev is available in?

Currently Zingrev is available in two languages:

  1. Polish
  2. English

We are working to make Zingrev available in other languages.

What information do I need to sign up?

To sign up for the Zingrev mobile app, you need to provide a valid phone number, full name, valid email address, and the ability to upload your profile picture within the app.

Does Zingrev provide a corporate account for an EV Driver or a Charger Provider?

Not through the mobile app right now. If you wish to collaborate or partner with Zingrev for B2B, please reach out to us at: partner@zingrev.com
