How do I manage charger availability?

Once you are a registered & verified charger provider, follow these steps to manage your charger(s)

Step 1: Browse to your Account Tab and select “Manage Chargers” Tab. (You can also add a new charger here)

Step 2: Select the charger that you wish to make available for EV drivers to book

How may days in advance can I set the charger availability for?

After successfully registering as a User in the App, Login using your registered phone number -> Go to “Account Tab” -> select “Manage Chargers” You can add & delete the Chargers & set availability for chargers. There is no upper limit on how many days in advance you can set charger availability for. Once you mark a charger as available, it will be shown as such, until you mark it unavailable.

I accepted a charger booking in error; what do I do?

You can cancel the booking or chat with the customer to cancel and re-schedule the booking.

To cancel the booking, go to “Accounts” Tab -> Select “Charging Reservations” -> go to “Open” Tab select the booking that you wish to cancel & cancel the booking.

How is the payment credited to my account & when?

Once the charging session is complete and ended by the EV driver, money is credited to the bank account linked to the Zingrev account.

How do I raise a billing or cancellation dispute?

In App, click on “Account” Tab -> Under Account click on Help & Support -> Click one of the 2 support options:

How do I register and verify the account as a Home Charger Provider?

There is a 4-step onboarding for Home Charger Provider. Once you have downloaded the App, follow these steps.

Step 1: Sign-in using your phone number and secured OTP sent on it

Step 2: Select you profile as a Charger Provider. This allows you to provide charging services.

Step 3: Use the verification option, upload the required documents, take a selfie as directed and within a minute your verification will be done. You can now provide charging services.

Step 4: Follow the instructions to setup your virtual stripe payment account for receiving payments from Zingrev for the charging sessions completed against your charger(s).

How secured is leasing my charger to Zingrev EV Driver?

All EV drivers and home charger providers are verified before being allowed to transact. For safety concerns, in-app help options are available to contact local authorities or customer care.
